Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of LeakProof, a vendor spend tracking and review service operated by Ready County Supply, LLC.
Last updated November 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms. If you use LeakProof on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.
LeakProof is a product of Ready County Supply, LLC.
LeakProof is a business tool. It is not offered for personal, family or household use, and it is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.
2. What the service is
LeakProof provides a private ledger of recurring vendor commitments that you enter yourself, together with renewal and notice-date calculations, upcoming price tracking, optional spend review findings, and — on the Professional plan — scheduled renewal reminder emails.
What LeakProof does not do: it does not connect to your bank, card or accounting systems; it does not contact, cancel, renegotiate or renew any vendor agreement; and it does not verify that any vendor billing has actually stopped.
3. Plans, pricing and renewal
Basic is $29 per month. Professional is $99 per month. Both are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly recurring basis and renew automatically until you stop future renewals in Plans & billing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Changing to a different plan starts a new subscription at that plan’s price. Your previous subscription is cancelled only after the new payment is verified, so you are not billed twice. There is no proration credit for an unused portion of a period.
Managed support is $299–$499 per month, scoped and priced by direct inquiry. It is not purchased through online checkout, and the scope agreed in writing governs it.
Existing paid memberships keep the price and access in effect when they were purchased. We do not reprice an existing subscription automatically.
4. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise recurring charges until you stop future renewals. Stopping renewals ends future billing; your access continues until the end of the paid period already charged.
Refund requests are handled by our support team at support@readycountysupply.com. Nothing in these terms creates an automatic right to a refund, and statutory rights are not affected.
If a payment fails we may retry it or limit paid features until the balance is settled. We do not delete your saved records for a failed payment; records remain viewable.
5. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the records you enter, and for acting on anything you find there.
6. Prohibited information
You must not store sensitive or regulated information in LeakProof. The service is designed for vendor name, cost, cadence, renewal date, notice period, owner, category, usage status and short business notes only.
In particular, you must not enter or upload:
- protected health information (PHI) or any other health data;
- payment card data, including card numbers, security codes or full expiry details;
- Social Security numbers or other government identification numbers;
- bank account numbers, routing numbers, credentials or online-banking details;
- passwords, API keys, private keys or access tokens of any kind;
- tax records, tax identifiers, or filings containing them;
- any other information subject to a regulatory regime with which we do not claim compliance.
If you enter such information you do so in breach of these terms. You are responsible for it, and we may remove it, suspend the affected record, or terminate access where we are required to do so by law or where it creates a security or compliance risk. We never ask for these items and the product does not need them.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to:
- access another customer’s records or bypass plan restrictions;
- interfere with the service, its infrastructure or its rate limits;
- use automated means to extract data at scale or resell the service;
- send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited content through email features.
8. Email reminders and notification limitations
Renewal reminder emails are a convenience only. On the Professional plan you may enable them to an address you control; you are responsible for that recipient address and for having a lawful basis to send to it.
You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own renewals, notice deadlines and vendor payments. You must not rely on LeakProof notifications as your only safeguard against an unwanted renewal or automatic charge.
Reminders are attempted by a daily automated dispatch on a fixed schedule, with a limited catch-up window. A mail provider accepting a message confirms hand-off only; it is not proof of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready County Supply, LLC has no liability for any failure, delay, duplication, mistiming or non-delivery of a notification, email or dispatch; for any failure or inaccuracy in a calculation, renewal date, notice date or price projection; or for any consequence of you not receiving or not reading a reminder. This includes missed reminders caused by recipient address changes, mail filtering or spam handling, plan lapse, disabled alerts, invalid or revoked provider credentials, provider outages, or a skipped dispatch.
9. Your data, backups and data loss
You keep ownership of the records you enter, and you are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping your own copies.
You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of any information you consider important. LeakProof is not a system of record and is not a backup service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready County Supply, LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, unauthorised alteration, deletion, destruction, disclosure or inaccessibility of customer data, whether caused by user error, accidental deletion, device or browser failure, credential loss, software defect, provider or hosting failure, cyberattack, or any other cause — including where data cannot be recovered.
You can export or transcribe your records at any time while your account is active. We recommend keeping your own copy of any vendor record you depend on.
10. Intellectual property
The LeakProof service, its design and its software are owned by Ready County Supply, LLC. You keep ownership of the records you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display those records so we can operate the service for you.
11. Availability, changes and force majeure
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify features, improve calculations or retire capabilities. Material changes affecting paid features will be communicated through the product or by email before they take effect.
We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events or conditions beyond our reasonable control, including internet or telecommunications failures, hosting, cloud, DNS or domain-registrar failures, payment-processor or email-provider failures or restrictions, software or third-party service defects, cyberattacks, denial-of-service activity, data breaches originating outside our systems, power outages, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, labour disputes, government action, regulatory change, civil unrest, or acts of war.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready County Supply, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or error, be free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected. No advice or information given by us creates a warranty not stated here.
13. Audit findings, savings estimates and calculations
Spend review findings, duplicate and unused-service flags, price-increase projections, renewal and notice dates, and any savings figure are informational estimates only, generated from data you supply and from general assumptions.
We do not guarantee that you will save any amount, or that any vendor cost will be reduced, recovered or avoided. Audit findings are review candidates for you to investigate, not confirmed recoveries, confirmed savings, or a determination that a charge is recoverable.
Realized savings appear only where you record a confirmation date and supporting evidence yourself. We do not independently verify vendor billing, contract terms or price changes. Verify anything material directly with the vendor and your own advisers before acting or relying on it.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready County Supply, LLC and its members, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost goodwill, loss of data or business interruption, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits apply regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, statute or otherwise, and they survive termination. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
15. Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and stop future renewals in Plans & billing. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination this section and the sections on prohibited information, data and backups, email reminders, disclaimers, audit estimates, limitation of liability and governing law survive.
16. Governing law, venue and contact
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the service lies in the state courts located in Kentucky, or in the United States District Court for the district encompassing that venue where federal jurisdiction exists. Each party irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection based on inconvenient forum or improper venue.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@readycountysupply.com and allow thirty (30) days to attempt a good-faith resolution.
