Privacy Policy

We collect the account information needed to sign you in, the vendor records you choose to enter, and the billing information Stripe gives us about your subscription. We do not connect to your bank or cards, we do not sell your data, and we do not share your vendor records with other customers.

• Account data. Your email address and an internal account identifier supplied when you sign in. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; we never receive your password.
• Vendor records you enter. Vendor names, amounts, billing frequency, renewal dates, notice periods, owners, categories, usage status, notes and any savings evidence you record.
• Billing data. Plan, subscription status, renewal date and a Stripe customer and subscription identifier. Full card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Reminder data. On the Professional plan, the recipient email address you configure and a record of each reminder attempt, including its delivery status and any provider error.
• Operational logs. Technical records of API requests needed to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps, endpoints and error information.

We do not collect bank credentials, card numbers, passwords, or any third-party accounting-system credentials. The product has no bank-linking feature.

• To provide the ledger, renewal calculations and plan features you request.
• To process subscription payments and keep entitlements accurate.
• To send renewal reminder emails you enabled, on the schedule you selected.
• To secure the service, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
• To answer your support requests and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your vendor records for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

We use a small number of processors to operate LeakProof. Each receives only what is needed for its function:

• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Resend — delivering renewal reminder emails.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — running the application and storing records.
• Identity provider — signing you in.

These providers process data under their own terms and security commitments. We do not allow them to use your data for their own marketing.

We use the minimum needed to keep you signed in and to operate the interface. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural trackers. Clearing your browser storage will sign you out.

Vendor records and reminder history are kept while your account is active so your ledger and history remain intact. Billing records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your records except where retention is legally required.

LeakProof is a tracking tool, not a system of record and not a backup service. Keep your own copies of any vendor terms, contracts or figures you would not want to re-enter, as described in the Terms of Service.

Access is restricted to your own signed-in account: vendor records and reminder settings are scoped per user, and billing and entitlement data are maintained server-side, not by the browser. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid entering confidential material such as passwords or full card numbers — LeakProof does not need them.

You can view and edit your vendor records at any time, and change or disable reminder emails in Email alerts. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

To make a request, email support@readycountysupply.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also stop future renewals yourself in Plans & billing at any time.

LeakProof is a business tool intended for adults acting for a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and where they significantly affect you we will communicate them in the product or by email.
