These are the fastest routes for the most common questions:
- Plans & billing — change plan, see your renewal date, or stop future renewals yourself.
- Email alerts — enable, disable or repoint renewal reminders, and review reminder history.
- FAQ — what the product does, how reminders are scheduled, and what it deliberately does not do.
Never send passwords, full card numbers or banking credentials by email. We will never ask for them, and LeakProof does not need them to support your account.
